3．在产品包修期内，凡需上门服务的省（市）内用户（含驻外办事处所在省）24小时以内到达，用户有特殊需求的可以协商，其他省市力争48小时以内到达。
4．机床售出后用户终身享有维修维护及平价配件供应。
5．我公司不定期安排人员对产品进行质量跟踪，无论包修期内还是包修期外，用户将享受我公司额外服务。
